Rogue’s Den Hobbies Ltd is an independent creator and retailer of 3D-printed miniatures and hobby products. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Games Workshop Plc or any of its subsidiaries.

Names such as “Warhammer,” “Warhammer 40,000,” “40K,” “Age of Sigmar” and other trademarks are used only to describe the scale, style, or compatibility of our models for hobby use. This usage is legally protected under the principle of nominative fair use, which allows reference to trademarks where necessary to describe a product’s purpose, as long as there is no suggestion of endorsement or origin.

We believe the miniature wargaming community thrives when it is open, creative, and collaborative. Small businesses and fan creators bring value to the space by offering alternatives, inspiring creativity, and growing the hobby. 

Attempts to suppress independent creators through overreaching legal threats harm the very community that made this industry possible. We respectfully stand our ground in using legal, descriptive language to help fellow hobbyists make informed choices.
